October Regulars operates octoberregulars.com, hosted on Shopify. These terms apply to purchases from and use of this store. Questions can be sent to octoberregulars@gmail.com.

Product prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise shown. Applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Please provide accurate order and contact information and use only payment methods you are authorized to use.

Product pages describe the garment, available colors, fit and sizing. Product photographs and digital mockups are illustrative; screen settings and individual garment washing can affect appearance. Normal wash variation does not excuse supplying a product that is defective or materially different from its description.

Clothing is made to order. Production and delivery are explained in our Shipping policy. Cancellation, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return and refund policy and applicable consumer rights. If a product becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate resolution, including a refund when applicable.

You may browse this website and purchase products for lawful purposes. Do not use the website to commit fraud, interfere with its operation or infringe another person’s rights. October Regulars branding and original designs may not be reproduced commercially without permission or another lawful basis.

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

We may update these terms for future use and orders. Material changes will not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
