Refund policy

Our clothing is made to order. Except where required by law, we do not accept returns or exchanges solely for a change of mind or a size or color selected incorrectly by the customer. Please compare the product’s size guide with a garment you own before ordering.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or different from what you ordered, email octoberregulars@gmail.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs. Please report issues as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of delivery, so we can investigate promptly. This request does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

For a confirmed production or fulfillment error, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund without charging you to correct our error. Please contact us before sending an item back; we will provide instructions if a return is required. Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label without authorization.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account.

Contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel an order. We will check whether that is still possible; cancellation cannot be guaranteed once production begins. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights that apply by law.
