Shipping policy

October Regulars clothing is made to order through our production partner. Production happens before shipping; a shipping transit estimate is not the total time from ordering to delivery.

We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Free shipping applies automatically to eligible US orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more. This offer cannot currently be combined with other discounts. Taxes do not count toward the merchandise minimum.

Production and transit times vary by item, order volume, destination and carrier. Please contact octoberregulars@gmail.com before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We cannot guarantee arrival for a specific event unless we have expressly confirmed that commitment.

Tracking information will be sent when it becomes available. Items in one order may ship separately. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly about corrections; changes may no longer be possible once an order is being produced or shipped.

For a delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect delivery, email octoberregulars@gmail.com with your order number and the details. We will investigate with our production partner or carrier. If we cannot meet an agreed shipping timeframe, we will contact you about the revised timing and any cancellation or refund options required by law.
