OCTOBER REGULARS GIVEAWAY — OFFICIAL RULES October 15–21, 2026 NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Buying, liking, following, sharing, tagging or subscribing will not improve your odds. 1. Sponsor and timing Sponsor: October Regulars. Contact: octoberregulars@gmail.com. Entry opens October 15, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time and closes October 21, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The email's arrival time in the sponsor's inbox determines eligibility. Early and late entries are excluded. A random drawing is planned for October 22, 2026. 2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 and the age of majority in their state when entering. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and other countries are excluded. The sponsor, people administering the giveaway, and their immediate family or household members are ineligible. Void where prohibited by law. 3. Free email entry During the entry period, send an email from your own working email address to octoberregulars@gmail.com with the subject REGULARS GIVEAWAY. Include your full name, state of residence and this confirmation: "I meet the eligibility requirements, agree to the official rules, and consent to October Regulars using my details to administer this giveaway." Email is the only entry method. One entry per person for the entire giveaway. Duplicate emails do not create extra chances. Likes, shares, follows, tags, comments, direct messages, purchases and newsletter subscriptions are not entries. Using multiple email addresses does not increase your chances. Opening an email draft does not enter you; you must send it. Required information and confirmations must be included. Automated, fabricated or deliberately evasive entries are invalid. A genuine correction to an existing entry does not create another entry. 4. Prize One winner receives ONE currently available October Regulars merchandise item of their choice, in an available offered size and color. Approximate retail value: up to US $64; actual value depends on the selected item. There is no cash payment for any difference. The prize is one item, not an entire order or matching set. Unreleased First Light and Long Road Home products are not eligible. The sponsor pays for the item, applicable order tax and standard shipping to the winner's eligible US address. No shipping charge, processing fee or payment is required to claim it. Product images may be supplier mockups; garment washing and screen colors can vary. No transfer or cash alternative is offered. If the selected item or variant becomes unavailable, the sponsor will arrange an available equivalent of equal or greater retail value. No specific delivery date is promised. Applicable rights for a defective or incorrect item remain in place. 5. Selection and notification One potential winner will be selected randomly from all eligible, timely entries. Each eligible person has one equal chance; odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. The sponsor will record the drawing and verify eligibility before confirming the winner. Notification will come from octoberregulars@gmail.com to the email address used to enter. The potential winner has 72 hours from notification to respond and confirm eligibility, chosen item/size/color and a deliverable address. If ineligible, declining, unreachable or unresponsive within that period, another potential winner may be drawn randomly from the remaining eligible entries. The sponsor will never request a password, card number or payment to claim the prize. A review, photo, endorsement or social post is not required. 6. Privacy October Regulars, not Meta, collects your name, email, state and confirmations for giveaway administration, eligibility review, winner contact and fulfillment. Entry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any newsletter signup is separate and optional, and subscription status has no effect on odds. A shipping address is requested privately only from the potential winner. Entry information is accessible only to people and service providers who need it for administration, fulfillment or required recordkeeping. Fair administration and platform terms Fraudulent or ineligible entries may be disqualified under these rules consistently. Necessary corrections for serious technical failure or fraud will be documented and communicated fairly; the sponsor will not silently change the prize, deadline or odds after launch.
